Q: What’s included in my cruise?
A: Your Cruise Certificate entitles you and your spouse, or guest, to a 5 Day/4 Night cruise to Mexico, the Bahamas, or the Western Caribbean aboard a Super Luxury Liner from major cruise lines such as Royal Caribbean. Your vacation includes a beautiful interior stateroom with a king-size bed or two twins (based on double occupancy), all onboard gourmet meals and snacks, 24-hour complimentary room service, dozens of exciting shipboard activities, a wide range of nightly entertainment, first run movies, and fabulous ports to visit and shop.
Q: How long is my Cruise Certificate good for?
A: You have 18 months from the issue date to book and complete your cruise.
Q: Are there many sailing dates to choose from, or just a handful?
A: We inventory approximately 175 different sail dates, reserving large quantities of cabins on each cruise. We desire to give you a great selection of cruise dates, and to do our best to accommodate all of our customers.
Q: What kind of accommodations do I get?
A: You get a beautiful stateroom aboard a luxury cruise ship, comparable to a 4-star hotel. The inside staterooms, although not as large as traditional rooms on land, are tastefully decorated, and include amenities such as 24-hour complimentary stateroom service and pampering service.
Q: Can I get a nicer stateroom?
A: Yes. You can upgrade to a higher deck, an outside stateroom with an ocean view, an outside stateroom with a balcony, a mini or large suite, or a family cabin. There will be an additional upgrade fee to cover the cost difference, based upon the port of departure, travel dates, and the cruise ship and ports selected. All upgrades are subject to availability.
Q: Can I take a longer cruise and pay the difference?
A: Yes. Your cruise certificate can be extended up to an 8 Day/7 Night cruise vacation, at our special group rates. Any extended cruise is subject to availability based on port of departure, travel dates, the cruise ship and ports selected, and room allocations.
Q: What ports are available?
A: Jacksonville, Miami, Port Canaveral, Los Angeles, New Orleans, and Galveston. Other ports are occasionally offered and may be subject to a surcharge. Any extended cruise is subject to availability based on port of departure, travel dates, the cruise ship and ports selected, and room allocations.
Q: What if we want to bring the kids or another couple?
A: You can bring additional cruise guests and they will receive our special group rate pricing. Kids or guests in the same stateroom are usually at a significantly discounted rate. Larger family staterooms are available for an additional fee. We will always do our best to book your additional guests on the same deck, and even arrange for them to have the same table for dining reservations.
Q: How much are the taxes & port charges?
A: The taxes, port charges, customs, and fulfillment fees are $46.60/person/day. A super value considering that the food alone is worth way more than that!

“Cruise Certificate for Two” Disclosure Statement
I/we acknowledge receipt of certificate # ___________________, and
have read and fully understand the terms and conditions listed on the
Cruise registration form.
Furthermore, I fully acknowledge that:
1. The completed registration form and $26/person registration fee
($52 maximum) must be mailed to Pacific Coast Travel within
45 days of the certificate issue date. The certificate should be
sent by a traceable service with proof of mailing such as USPS
Certified Mail, or FedEx.
2. The certificate is fully transferable prior to registration; once
registered, the certificate is non-transferable.
3. The certificate does not include port charges, taxes, and
customs/fulfillment fees. This is an out-of-pocket expense that
each person using the certificate must pay when booking the
cruise. The amount is $46.60/person/day.
4. The certificate is like cash and cannot be replaced if lost or
stolen.
5. I have 18-months to book and take the cruise from the date of
issue.
6. It is recommended to book 4 months or more in advance of my
desired travel date to insure the best availability.
